Parents

Communication
Good communication between parents and the school is essential. Some of the methods the school uses include a principal’s weekly newsletter to parents, teacher's weekly class newsletter to parents, report cards each quarter, academic progress reports, parent teacher conferences, disciplinary notices when necessary, and, of course, phone calls and letters. Parents should notify the school office upon any change in address, phone numbers (cell, home, work), or Email address.

Parent Involvement
We recognize that the success of any school is dependent upon active and involved parents.  All families agree to give 10 service hours a semester for a total of 20 hours a year.  There are a variety of ways to volunteer your time and talents, such as:

  • Homeroom Parent
  • Volunteer Room Helper
  • Box Top Collection
  • Field Trip Chaperones
  • Draw Down (event) volunteer)
  • Work Days
  • Catholic Schools Week
  • Field Day volunteer
  • Uniform Closet Helper
  • Field Day
